This word, although not in the dictionary was created to identify a whole different form of speaking. Within that shape or form what's conveyed includes truth in order to make (an idea, impression, or feeling) known or understandable to someone. Whereas, Rederick is a whole different ("ball game" Rhetoric) is the use of words that include half-truths and untruth to purposely  cause an emotional negative reaction, emphasize differences to an extreme, create bias, bigotry and unrest.
