Officially Yours is the fourth and final single taken from Craig Davids fourth album Trust Me, released in the UK on 23 June 2008. David confirmed the single release at the BBC Radio 1Xtra live event on 22 March 2008. The song was also confirmed for release by the Birmingham Mail web site. On 14 May 2008, "Officially Yours" was added to the BBC Radio 2 B-list playlist. In the United Kingdom, the single was at a very disappointing number 130 mid-week. However, on Sunday 29 June 2008, the song finally reached number 158 in the UK, becoming his lowest-charting single ever. This is (like his previous single, "6 of 1 Thing") likely due to barely any promotion for the song.
